Global Muses

Exhibition at Vortic featuring Pamela Enyonu
AKKA Project is proud to announce its selection as a woman-managed gallery, along with its represented Ugandan artist Pamela Enyonu, to participate in the Global Muses exhibition. Curated by Laura Day Webb in conjunction with Vortic, this show will feature a global array of women artists represented by women gallerists. It will showcase diverse mediums and artistic expressions, highlighting unique perspectives, shared experiences, and individual journeys.
Starting on October 10th, the show will be hosted on Vortic's online platform. Global Muses aims to celebrate the resilience, innovation, and creativity of women artists. Each piece will include an artist statement and video testimonies, providing insights into the artists' creative processes and themes. Contributions from gallerists will further underscore the significance of the women-led ecosystem in nurturing and promoting these talented artists.
We are excited about the opportunity to showcase Pamela Enyonu's work and look forward to further discussing her participation in this groundbreaking exhibition.
